Product: 
We are dedicated in providing good products and to bring out the surprise, creativity and imagination of those that receive them. 
We try to provide items that will help with artistic development, eye co-ordination, motor skills, imagination, creativity, self confidence, excitement and fun. All craft kits are packed and packaged by us. Some of the craft kits are made by us.

By using any of our products, Surprising Kids will not be held responsible for any mishaps, consequences, damage, injury or loss.
Please supervise your kids especially if they are young using our products.

Cancellation:
If you have ordered any of our products and then decide that same day that you want the order cancelled, we will charge you for cancellation fees. For all credit cards, debit cards, visa's, amex, a $10 cancellation fee will be taken off the total amount.

Return and exchanges:
If you find any items to be damaged, please let us know within 5 business days of receipt.
All damaged items to be returned in original package for exchange or credit. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.

Payment:
We offer secure online ordering. If paying  by check or money order. Please make checks out to the order of Inel Woo. We charge a fee of $30 for rejected checks. We will only ship goods once checks are cleared. This normally takes between 7-10 business days. When purchasing by credit card, our email address will appear on your bank statement.  Please remember this because if queried their will be a $20 charge to you.

Shipping:
We will try our best to process your orders promptly but cannot guarantee this. It could take a two to three business days before orders are shipped. All craft kits are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Gift Basket are mailed via UPS ground. All other products: Mailing Club Subscriptions, Kids Personalized Seasonal Letters, are shipped via USPS Ground (United Postal Service). If you would like to have a confirmation number or insurance, their will be an extra charge which is not included in the shipping cost. Once you placed your order, send us an email to let us know that you would like a confirmation number or insurance so that we can deduct the extra charges. We are not responsible with what happens after the package is shipped. We do not guarantee days of delivery but it normally takes 2-3 working days by priority mail. The United Postal Service can take up to 7-10 working days depending which state you reside in. UPS takes 1-8 days depending which State you live in. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses so please check your address. There are additional shipping charges for incorrect addresses and you will receive an invoice from us if package is resend.  If you would like your order shipped via another method, email us with your address and the order that you would like. We will get back to your within 24 to 48 hours with a shipping price.

Orders to Canada could take up to 10 days to be delivered via USPS Ground. If you prefer another method of shipping, please let us know and give us 24-48 hours to get back to you with a shipping price.
 
International orders can take from 4 - 6 weeks to be delivered depending on which country it is. We cannot guarantee delivery. Shipping prices will be adjusted according and we will send you an email within 24 to 48 hours. You may send us an email first letting us know what you would like to order and we can email you a shipping cost before you process the order.
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. We will notify you by email.

Surprising Kids will not be held liable for any incidental loss or damages whatsoever for goods purchased through our site  as well as any information on this site which you use at your own risk. We will replace any defected goods or credit you the purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges which is the customers responsibility. We will only replace or credit once we have received the goods. You acknowledge and agree to the limitations as set forth.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surprising Kids, its affiliates and suppliers from any claim, loss, expense, including any attorneys' fees related to any violation of this agreement and posting of materials on this site.
