Yes, we offer a 100% money back guarantee for crafts returned unused and stickers returned unopened.  The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges.  All other products sales are final.

Subscriptions:

Cancellation:
Return the item within 24 hrs with a note stating that you want the membership cancelled.  Also send us an email notifying us.  A cancellation fee will be charged.  See our Private Policy.  Membership cannot be cancelled once your kid has received the second mailing.  We will only refund the payment for the mailing club excluding shipping. A refund will be made with in 7-14 working days after we have received the goods

Craft Subscriptions:
The age group is 4 years and up.  We have found that at this age most kids can handle the craft materials and glue.  Younger kids might need a little help and guidance from mom or dad.  Supervision is required when there are small parts included.  Most of the crafts are made from durable craft foam which is of high standards.  These are unique crafts that you can treasure and remember.  All other products are made from the best materials and are done with love and care for your kids.

Sticker Subscriptions:
The age group is 2 and up

Hair Clip Subscription:
Any age but some of our products do have small parts which can be a choking hazard to children 3 and under.  Close supervision is required.

Hair Tie or Ponytail Subscription:
Any age but some of our products do have small parts which can be a choking hazard to children 3 and under.  Close supervision is required.

Delivery of Products?

Craft, Sticker, Hair Tie or Ponytail and Hair Clip Subscriptions:
All subscriptions are mailed out the third last week of each month.  A special request must be made via email if you need the first subscription mailed out sooner.

Other Products:
Other products are mailed out within 24-48 hrs after payment has been received.  Handmade items such as the hair clips, hair ties and felt food can take up to 2-3 weeks before being mailed out unless we have stock, the items will be mailed out sooner.

Please read our Private Policy under shipping.  However, all other products such as Mailing Club Subscriptions and other products are send via United States Postal Service Ground, First Class Mail.
