Yes, we offer a 100% money back guarantee for crafts returned unused and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling charges.

What if my child is not happy with the product?

We want all kids to be happy so if your child is not happy with the crafts or products that have been purchased, please return it unused and unopened. We will either refund your money or send you new crafts / products (your choice). Let us know that you will be returning the crafts or products that have been purchased. We will only refund the payment for the crafts or products excluding shipping once we have received the goods.

Mailing Club:
Return the item with a note stating that you want the membership cancelled. Membership cannot be cancelled once your kid has received the second mailing.
We will only refund the payment for the mailing club excluding shipping. A refund will be made as soon as we have received the goods.

What is the age group for the subscriptions?

Craft Subscription:
The age group is 4 years and up. We have found that at this age most kids can handle the craft materials and glue. Younger kids might need a little help and guidance from mom or dad. Supervision is required when there are small parts included.

Sticker Subscription:
The age group is 2 and up.

Is the Product of good quality?

Most of the crafts are made from durable craft foam which is of high standards. These are unique crafts that you can treasure and remember. All other products are made from the best materials and are done with love and care for your kids.

Delivery of Products?

Craft and Sticker Subscriptions:
All subscriptions are mailed out the middle of each month or the second last week of each month. A special request must be made via email if you need the first subscription mailed out sooner.

Craft Kits:
All craft kits are mailed out within 2-3 working days except for large orders. Large orders would take between 7-14 days for delivery to be made. We will always try our best to mail out the products as soon as possible. 

Gift Baskets and Other Products:
Gift baskets and other products are mailed out the next business day after payment has been received.

About the Subscription Club

The subscription club includes a welcome card personalized to your child telling them which membership they have received, how many gifts they will receive each month and who the gift is from. Club memberships subscriptions last for a period of three or twelve months. A one time fee will be paid which includes shipping. Each package that your child receives will not be the same.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost is calculated on the value of the products (craft kits) order. Craft Kits are mailed via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. The products does not include delivery confirmation or insurance. If you would like delivery confirmation or insurance there will an extra charge. Gift Baskets are mailed by UPS.  Please read our Private Policy under shipping.
However, all other products such as Mailing Club Subscriptions, Personalized Letters and other products are send via United States Postal Service Ground.
